Read Across America 2016

Staff & Students at Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah Elementary School Celebrate Read Across America - 2016

Staff and students spent the first week of March celebrating Read Across America.  On Wednesday March 2nd students met in the cafeteria for a birthday celebration honoring Dr. Seuss’s 112th birthday.  Thank you to “Off the Rail” for providing the “Read Across America” cupcakes for the birthday celebration. In the afternoon JK-4 staff and students met in the library for buddy reading.  Students also watched the movie “Inside Out” and participated in a trivia contest.

In the words of Dr. Seuss   - “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go.”
